How to join the loyalty programme

To join our loyalty program, simply visit our cosmetic studio for your first teeth whitening treatment and express your interest in participating. After each visit, you’ll receive a Refresche sticker added to your loyalty card.

You have two options: either complete the card with yearly visits, or share the card with friends, family, or loved ones to expedite the completion and enjoy a free treatment for yourself.

Loyalty Programme T&C’s

  • 1 sticker issued per appointment this includes double/triple, bookings appointments.
    (i.e. appointments for 2-3 people at the same time)
  • You have 3 years to complete your card with all 3 stickers, from the date of  issue.
  • You must have your loyalty card with you when coming for your 2nd & 3rd appointment. fail to do so you will be issued a new card with a sticker.
  • Issue dates of all loyalty cards including the sticker issues will be kept on file.
  • A lost card will result in your loosing your free teeth whitening session.
  • Tampering or fraud on the cards will result in us handing you over to authorities and the termination of your loyalty card.
  • Sharing your card with friends / family / loved ones is totally acceptable as long as they bring the card with them we will gladly issue a sticker to your card.
  • After completing the 3 sticker required, the free teeth whitening treatment is only valid to the card holder.
  • There is no expiry date on your free teeth whitening appointment
  • No under 16’s.
